Redback Networks Sponsors PCM driver Alex Figge at the San Jose Grand Prix

San Jose, CA (July 27, 2007) – Pacific Coast Motorsports, competitors in the Champ Car World Series, is pleased to announce its partnership with Redback Networks Inc., an Ericsson company that makes video-centric routers for 75 percent of the world’s largest triple-play networks. Already the title sponsor of the San Jose Grand Prix track, Redback Networks will cheer on American rookie Alex Figge in this weekend’s race. His #29 DP01 will carry the striking Redback Networks livery around the Redback Raceway.

The San Jose Grand Prix at Redback Raceway kicks off Friday, July 27th with practice and provisional qualifying.  Saturday features round two of Champ Car practice and final qualifying, followed by the race on Sunday at 3:00 pm (Pacific).  Tune in live to watch the race on ESPN2 at 3pm et on Sunday.  Follow Alex Figge’s weekend in the #29 Redback Networks/DP01/Cosworth/Bridgestone with live timing and scoring at www.champcarworldseries.ws.
