How our program works To be eligible, at least 51% of your company must be owned and controlled by one or more individuals who belong to groups including: African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Pacific Americans, Asian Indian Americans, Native Americans, women, veterans or service disabled veterans.
We require proof of certification in order to be eligible for our Supplier Diversity Program. Complete eligibility requirements for certification can be found on the certifying organizations’ websites. Suppliers interested in pursuing opportunities with Redback Networks are encouraged to obtain certification from one or more of the following organizations:

Supplier Registration

2. After you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
3. Email your current NMSDC, WBENC or DVBE certification to supplierdiversity@redback.com.
4. You will be contacted if an opportunity for goods and services matching your company profile becomes available.
